Miss Martha Labs spent Sunday evening with Miss Roma Behrendt. 

Miss Martha Kusch spent Christmas eve with Mr. and Mrs William Hell and Betty.

Fred Meyers of Des Moines, Ia., visited at the William Meyer home Christmas day. 

Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Quinn were Christmas dinner guests of Mrs. Mary Quinn in Omaha. 

Mr. and Mrs. John Paasch were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Seltz Christmas eve. 

Mr. and Mrs. George Thomsen are the parents of a baby boy born Tuesday, December 27th

Miss Cecilia Holling and Henry and C.C. Holling spent Christmas Eve at the W.E. Holling home. 

Ar Plambeck, who is confined to his home with pneumonia, is said to be getting along first rate. 

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Schuldt of Blair were Christmas dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Schuldt. 

Mrs. Ed Timm and Miss Emma Paasch spent Tuesday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Fred Villwok Sr.

 Mrs. Maynard Smith of Salt Lake City is spending  the holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.N. Bull. 

Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bay and Melvin were Christmas dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Vitt in Omaha.

 Mr. and Mrs. Chris Denker entertained friends and relatives Sunday in honor of Mr. Denker’s birthday.

 Mr. and Mrs. Albert Villwok and son, Louie, spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Fred Villwok Sr. 

Mr. and Mrs. John Diestel and little daughter spent Christmas at Millard with Mr. and Mrs. A.W. Bartels.

 Misses Arlene, Evelyn and Leola Kunneman spent the part two weeks with grandmother, Mrs. Louise Otte. 

Miss Edna and Orville Stewart of Fairfield are spending the Christmas vacation at the V.E. Chamberlin home. 

Miss Henrietta Rolfs spent Christmas day at the Oscar Holmes home. 

Miss Lorna Warstat is spending her Christmas vacation with Jean Holmes. 

Adolph Grimm Jr. spent Christmas day at the Frank Vicek home in Omaha.

Miss Vona Woods is spending her Christmas vacation with her parents at Hoskins, Nebr. 

Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Allison and Miss Lenora Rolfs spent Friday afternoon in Omaha.

 Mr. and Mrs. John Denker Sr. spent Christmas eve with Mr. and Mrs. Herman Denker at Gretna.

 Mr. and Mrs. Herman Heldt and children spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. R. Lockner and family.

 Mr. and Mrs. Fon Goul of  Des Moines, Ia. Are the parents of a baby girl, born Friday, December 23.

 Mr. and Mrs. Roy Glandt motored to Lincoln Sunday afternoon to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Glandt.

 Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hoggan entertained Mr. and Mrs. Graham Probst of Ralston at their home Tuesday.

 Mrs. Meta Czaja and Thure Petersen of Valley were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Karl Klebe Monday.

 Mrs. W.J. Marshall of Arlington spent Thursday afternoon at the home Valley and Mr. and Mrs. A.G. Otte.

 Mr. and Mrs. John Diestel attended a Christmas party at the Allen Nussby home in, Omaha Christmas day.

 Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Boettger and children of Irvington spent the week-end with Mrs. Boettger’s mother, Mrs. Otte.

 Miss Cecelia Holling is home from Palisade, Nebr. where she is teaching to spent the holidays with home folks.

 Mr. and Mrs. Carl Brennecke and family of near Millard visited with Mr. and Mrs. John Bull Tuesday afternoon.

 Mr. and Mrs. Earl Goodhard, V.E. Chamberlin, Mrs. Lucille Malstead and Jim Quinn motored to Omaha on Tuesday.

 Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Witte and family were dinner guests Christmas day of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Witte at Bennington.

 

Misses Virginia and Eleanor Purcell, Jack Quinn and Bud Zeia spent Christmas eve with Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Grimm.

 Mr. and Mrs. Chris Rolfs and children and Mr. and Mrs. V.H. Allison spent Saturday evening at the Bert Headley home.

 Miss Lona Deerson of Omaha spent  Christmas day with her mother, Mrs. Elva Deerson, and Miss Dorothy, and William Hopper.

 Mr. and Mrs. Grant Hofeldt and daughter and Preston Quinn were Christmas dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Meyer.

 Mrs. Arthur Deerson and Lawrence Schneider attended the Christmas program at Miss Cleo Deerson’s school Friday afternoon.

 Mr. and Mrs. Frank Mockelmann spent Sunday night at the Chris Denker home, helping Mr. Denker celebrate his birthday. 

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Timm, Mr. and Mrs. Julius Seltz and Mr. and Mrs. Carsten Carstensen called at the John Seltz home Monday.

 Mr. and Mrs. Ed Saeger and son motored to Dodge Monday to visit with Mrs. Saegers’ parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Bobisud.

 Mr. and Mrs. Henry Denker Jr. and Miss Marie and Teddy, and Fred Bull spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Quinn and children.

Mrs. A.C. Otte spent Monday at the Jim Marshall home at Arlington.

 August Paasch spent Christmas at the Fred Villwok home near Millard.

 Miss Frieda Fredricksen spent Christmas at the Henry Thiesen home.

 Mr. and Mrs. Henry Pasch and daughter and Miss Emma Paasch were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Paasch at Kennard Monday.

 Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Rogers entertained at dinner Tuesday evening for Mr. and Mrs. T.H. Gloyer, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bay and Melvin Bay.

 Mrs. Clifford Ireland and son went to Yutan Saturday to spend Christmas with relatives. Mr. Ireland also spent a part of his vacation at Yutan. 

Mr. and Mrs. John Schuldt entertained at Christmas dinner for Mr. and Mrs. William Schuldt Jr. of Bennington and Mr. and Mrs. William Schuldt Sr.

 Mr. and Mrs. C.N. Bull, Mr. and Mrs. John C. Bull and familu and Mrs. Maynard Smith spent Monday afternoon at the Emil Luenenberg home, near Millard.

 Mrs. Margarette Lamb, Miss Marian and Donald, and Mrs. Chris Kuehl of Ogallala arrived Thursday to spend the Christmas holidays with relatives in this county. 

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hall and Robert Hall of Omaha and Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Suess were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Peters at Spring Grove Monday.

 Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Ducker and Clarissa and Mrs. Virgil Allison attended the show given in honor of Miss Viola Liesche at Elk City Wednesday afternoon. 

Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Hansen and family and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Pickett of Cedar Bluffs were Christmas dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. D.H. Hansen and Miss Gladys.

 Mr. and Mrs. Ed Appel and family and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nurnburg of Hoskins, Nebr. spent Christmas day with Mrs. Louise Appel and Miss Dora and George.
