What I know of their trip to America

Ferdinand and Henrietta, with most of the children, came over sometime between 1872 - 1875. Prior to this his brother Johann had already came to the America.

Ferdinand's daughter Caroline came over in 1877.

Fritz came over in 1875 and lived in the communities of Millard and Mcardleville.

In 1885 he went back to Germany for a visit.

He was married to Caroline Reinke in New York on June 24,1885.

Worth Taking Note Of

Castle Garden was leased to New York State and opened as an immigrant
landing depot  08/03/1855 - 1890
Remained as such for 34 years.

Labs and Villwok families arrived 1870 - 1875

The Statue of Liberty arrived in New York 06/17/1886

Ellis Island Opened   1/1/1892
